news — Skilpod wins Thor Award for initiator of the year
On the 29th of January, we were crowned Initiator of the Year by the Bouwunie. We're very honored and will give the award a prominent place in our workshop.
Golden Brick
The Golden Brick (Gouden Baksteen), is the biggest event in the Flemish construction sector, hosted by the Bouwunie. The Thor Awards are a part of this event. Over the last 24 years, the Bouwunie has offered a price to a person that had a particularly positive impact on the construction sector during that year.
The Thor Awards are additional prizes, that companies can win for exceptional accomplishments in specific categories:
Initiator: an exceptional starter
Motivator: an exceptional HR policy
Innovator: exceptionally innovative
Of course we are delighted to get the award of Initiator of the Year, as you can only win it when you're starting out. Surely, we'll win the other two prizes at a later date.
