There is no difference in longevity between a prefabricated home from Skilpod and a traditionally built home. If you take good care of your home, it can last for generations. With your purchase, you will receive a manual with maintenance guidelines to keep your home in top condition.
In some of our homes a basement can be added, in others not. This depends on the space available to provide a staircase to the basement. Check the table above to quickly see which models can be built with a basement.
We build the house itself in a few weeks, but you need to allow some time for the permitting process. The average lead time from signing your contract to having the keys in your hands is about a year. Contact us if you would like an estimate specifically for your building plans.
Thanks to our prefabricated construction method, we can work unusually fast and are not affected by the weather. So we can predict exactly when you will receive your home. Because we choose high-quality, fully finished homes, you don't have to do a thing. We also help you with all the administrative tasks. Easy right? And all that for a clear all-in price.
With a flat roof, you make the best use of all the space.
