what can you expect to find in this home?
All our homes have an E-level 10 (BEN). They come with triple glazing, 8 solar panels (405W) and an air-to-air heat pump that can also cool in summer. There is the possibility of installing additional solar panels and/or a battery. This way you can lower the E-level even further.
The prices include costs for finishing paint work, connection of utilities and the architect, excluding VAT and registration fees.
